Our intention at Suntouch Yoga is to provide a space for individuals at any place in their path to explore the impact that movement and breath can have on personal growth, inner and outer strength, and the deep work of self-love. We believe that yoga is not about bending into pretzel-like positions or standing on your head, it’s about using the practice to take care of your body, to strengthen the positive qualities that already exist inside of you and to clear your mind and help you find a greater sense of awareness in your life.

Hot Hatha: Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis! This class is a dynamic, exciting and guided practice. This is our most popular and frequently offered class. Hot Hatha is a 75 minute class offered in a 95 degree Far-Infrared heated room. Designed to relieve stress, balance and strengthen the glandular system, circulation, digestion and nervous system, reshape muscles, tendons and posture. Fresh blood is brought to areas not normally affected and the whole body becomes supple and fit! Detox and feel renewed! Move your body, free your mind!
Warm Flow: This class is perfect for those who are new to yoga or those who enjoy a slower pace to get reconnected with alignment & breath. Great class to become acquainted with the yoga poses. Warm Flow is a 75-minute class heated to 88 degrees. This class' focus is on linking postures with the breath, helping you to surrender to what is, no expectations!!! Come build strength, grace, flexibility and concentration. Be ready to have fun! All level students are welcome.
Warm Core Vinyasa: This is the ultimate experience to tap into your inner power. This flow class is a combination of different poses that create a dynamic mix of sweat and serenity while focusing on building the strength of your core. Warm Core Vinyasa is a 75-minute practice in a warm setting. The systematic flow of postures and attentive focus stimulates internal detoxification, builds strength and flexibility. Active beginners are welcome but some experience is helpful. Come and have fun with this challenging and graceful flow.
Warm Vinyasa Flow: Previous experience is recommended for this class.

On Fridays, we really get moving with a "Buti style" jam class. Buti yoga incorporates lots of core strength with musical movement to get your blood pumping and strengthen your whole body. Be prepared to have fun and sweat!
1-Hour Hot Hatha: This early-morning class is 60 minutes long so you can get moving and get on with your day. Warm Fun Flow is a 1 hour class heated to 88 degrees. This class is designed for beginner students, 14 years old and up welcome. Come build strength, grace, flexibility and concentration. Be ready to have fun! All level students are welcome.
Yoga for Stress Release: Move through postures that encourage you to free your mind and be in the present moment. This is a warm, moderately-paced flow practice augmented by targeted stretching of body areas that retain stress tension: neck, shoulders and hips. All levels class, great for beginners and students who just need to relieve some stress!
Yin-yasa: This class is a hybrid of yang (active yoga) with yin (passive yoga). We will begin with approximately 40 minutes of fundamental yoga postures in a gentle flow to build warmth and strength while relieving stress and tension by connecting breath with mindful movements. We will finish with yin (or passive yoga) to create flexibility, mindfulness and softness to release the connective tissues, create space and integrity in the joints and remove blockages to internal energy flow. This class is suited for beginners through experienced yogis. The room is heated to a gentle 85 degrees.
