Hi! I’m Austin! I came into Yoga through sports injuries and need of meditation. I’ve been practicing for 3 years and teaching for 2. Now I have a pain free body! 

I share my energy and practice with anyone and everyone interested in movement, health, spirituality, and life! Yoga works for everyone! I’d love to help make your yoga work for you! 

I teach a style of yoga that emphasizes healthy joints, alignment, breath, and focus. Utilizing the science-based system of Pralaya Yoga we will learn how to activate muscles in a new and practical way. This will, in time, improve strength, mobility, and flexibility throughout the whole body!
